We can't guarantee that you will get a signal, as it depends on the 4g coverage provided by your sim card provider.
What we can say is, if you're in a very weak signal area, our router will pick up the signal better than a mobile phone, it will amplify that signal, and let you connect multiple devices to the router via wifi.

Our best advice is for you to send us an email telling us all about you, why you think us working together would be a great partnership, and what sets you apart from other people within your niche. Then we can have a look at what you say, ask any follow-up questions we may have & we can take it from there.
In all honesty, they may well be the same routers with a different sticker or brand label on them.
As part of our research for setting up Wandering Wifi, we spoke to several manufacturers about their various products, tested a few different routers from different suppliers, and then settled on this product as it was the best one in our opinion that ticked all the boxes.
We don't hide away from the fact that it is a generic product that we are importing & selling. And we don't make any claims that we had any involvement in the design or manufacturing of the products that we sell. We merely import them & offer them to customers here in the U.K. because we believe they are excellent quality products & offer great value for money.
We offer a very simple 2 year warranty for ALL of our products that we sell. We offer this to give all of our customers the reassurance that our products are top quality from day 1, & also so you know that we'll be there for you on the rare occasion that something unfortunately may go wrong.

You're covered here by UK Distance Selling Regulations. By law, you're entitled to a 14 day cooling off period for items you purchase online, even if there is nothing wrong with the item.
The item needs to remain in a condition fit for resale & in an unused "as new" condition.
To exercise your right under the cooling off period, you MUST notify us by email WITHIN 14 DAYS that you wish to return your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s). Our email address is contactus@wanderingwifi.co.uk
Once your return has been received, inspected & everything is ok, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price.
IMPORTANT - It is YOUR responsibility to ensure your return item is packaged with adequate protection to ensure it arrives back to us in an undamaged condition.
IMPORTANT - It is YOUR responsibility to pay the return postage costs. We highly recommend using a tracked service with adequate insurance to cover the purchase price incase the item gets lost or damaged.
IMPORTANT - Any items lost in the post or arriving back to us with any damage (including to the outer cardboard storage box) may not qualify for a refund under your statutory cooling off period. In some circumstances, only a partial refund may be issued.
IMPORTANT - If the value of the goods is diminished by any amount as a result of handling of the goods by the consumer beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we may recover that amount from the consumer, up to the full purchase price.

If you're local to North Tyneside, we do actually have a unit that you can borrow to test for 24hrs with no obligation to buy. You'll need your own sim card with a data plan.
Please note, you'll need to leave a refundable cash security deposit of £100 & we'll need a copy of your UK photo drivers licence. We'll also need a verified mobile number & we'll take the details of your vehicle (make, model, colour & registration). Once you return the item & we've inspected it, your £100 cash will be refunded & the copy of your ID will be handed over to you too.
IMPORTANT - If you fail to return the device to us within 24hrs (unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance), you forfeit your security deposit & we will notify the police of a suspected theft of the device.
IMPORTANT - If an emergency happens, please contact us as soon as you can BEFORE the 24hr test period ends. That way we can discuss the options available, depending on the situation.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer any sort of credit plans or Buy Now Pay Later options.
